We are currently looking for a Project Information Management Lead / Project Information Quality Manager / Project Data Manager reporting directly to the Head of Department to join our IM Lead team based in Nanterre (92).

Within the Engineering Division of Technip Energies' Paris office, you will report to the Digitalization & Information Management department.
With 60 years of experience in energy project design, the division is made up of 600 people representing all disciplines present at our facilities (>20).

About the mission we offer
Your playground
As part of a multicultural task force, you will participate in the engineering and design of projects carried out by TEN France for the group's various Business Lines, decarbonised solutions (CO₂ capture, H₂, Wind), LNG or biofuels. On these projects, most often exported, you will be in interface with the teams of other disciplines within TEN (Processes, Equipment, Instrumentation, Electricity, etc.) as well as project management, Purchasing, Construction, Start‑up and our mainly international partners (Customer, suppliers and subcontractors, Value engineering partner, etc.).
Your daily life
You are responsible for all activities and deliverables related to the structuring and management of the project's technical data:
- Define the rules for structuring data according to the different needs of the project.
- Set up the Engineering Data Warehouse and customise it according to the needs of the project and the client.
- Define the strategy for collecting, verifying, consolidating and delivering data to the construction and the client, respecting the project requirements and quality standards.
- Ensure communication with the client, the project and partners regarding the management of project technical data.
- Clarify with the Client the procedure for numbering the various components (tagging) as well as the requirements in terms of data deliveries (Class Library), with the support of the engineering disciplines.
- Develop the data management strategy for the Project and describe it in the Information Management Plan, according to Technip Energies standards and construction and client requirements (data structuring, data flow between tools, data collection, control, consolidation and delivery of data, etc.).
- Issue the various procedures governing Information Management activities and the specification detailing the requirements to be followed by suppliers and subcontractors.
- Organise and supervise your team (3 to 8 people depending on the size of the project).
- Collaborate with the Methods & Tools team to set up the Engineering Data Warehouse and define project‑specific customisations.
- Initiate and maintain a register listing all the components of the project and their different properties: identify the different sources, and set up the collection and control processes, as well as the various monitoring indicators.
- Ensure that data requirements are well communicated to suppliers and subcontractors during tenders and that they are well understood.
- Ensure that suppliers and subcontractors deliver the requested deliverables, as well as data quality, in coordination with the engineering disciplines.
- Work in collaboration with the different engineering disciplines for the validation of data before consolidation and import into the Engineering Data Warehouse.
- Extract from the Engineering Data Warehouse the various deliverables, structured according to the requirements and including all the data (partners, suppliers, etc.).
- Carry out regular reporting to the client and the project.

- Position allowing a transversal vision of the project, in conjunction with all stakeholders (Client, partners, engineering disciplines, suppliers and subcontractors, construction and start‑up).

- Possibility of an on‑site assignment, within Field Engineering.

Your profile

Qualifications: Bac+5 in data management or an engineering degree with at least 3 years of equivalent experience in a similar context.
Languages: fluent English.
Main skills
You enjoy working in multicultural teams that highlight your flexibility and open‑mindedness. You know how to manage a team and communicate. Your command of English is essential, as is your ability to manage several subjects in parallel.
Your analytical skills, sense of organization and technical understanding of data and processes will be key to integrating you quickly and performing in our teams. Knowledge of data management standards (CFIHOS, etc.) is desirable.
A good knowledge of PowerBI would be a plus to your mastery of basic IT tools (Office suite, especially Excel). Knowledge of Aveva Engineering would be an added advantage.
