Arkios is recruiting, on behalf of one of its key clients, an experienced Project Fabrication Manager to support a major subsea development project.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an international engineering team delivering complex offshore infrastructure in a multicultural environment.

Your Responsibilities

As Project Fabrication Manager, you will:

• Manage and coordinate fabrication activities for subsea structures (PLET, PLEM and associated steel structures).
• Ensure project objectives are achieved in terms of safety, quality, schedule and cost.
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement and fabrication teams.
• Monitor fabrication progress and identify schedule impacts.
• Review technical queries raised by fabrication yards and propose practical solutions.
• Oversee fabrication quality, welding activities and NDT compliance.
• Manage technical issues, NCRs and Management of Change (MOC).
• Promote a strong HSE culture throughout the project.
• Participate in project governance, reporting and multidisciplinary coordination meetings.

Profile

We're looking for professionals with:

• Strong experience in Oil & Gas fabrication projects.
• Proven experience with subsea structures (PLET, PLEM, steel structures, piping).
• Good understanding of welding processes (WPS, PQR, welder qualifications, NDT).
• Knowledge of fabrication sequences and constructability.
• Familiarity with structural and piping codes (AWS D1.1, ASME B31.3, DNV standards).
• Experience managing fabrication schedules and proposing recovery plans.
• Knowledge of SAP and engineering tools such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, MS Project or Primavera.
• Fluent English (French and/or Portuguese are considered an advantage).
• Ability to work within multicultural international teams.
