Project Engineer RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECTS

RNDV Group is an international contractor driving the transition to sustainable energy across Europe. As we expand our portfolio of green energy projects, we are looking for a Commissioning Engineer to take charge of the testing, commissioning, and handover of solar power plants and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

In this role, you will be a key player in bringing newly constructed infrastructure to life, while also driving the technical optimization and support of our fully operational power plants.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Execute commissioning works for solar power plants and BESS systems, from the completion of construction to the final handover to the client
• Configure inverters, meteorological stations, CCTV, SCADA, and BESS systems in collaboration with equipment suppliers and external experts
• Prepare and execute testing and commissioning procedures, as well as prepare Cold and Hot Commissioning documentation
• Diagnose technical faults and coordinate their resolution (troubleshooting)
• Provide technical consultation to project teams during the design, construction, and completion phases
• Collaborate with clients, grid operators, equipment manufacturers, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project completion and launch
• Perform technical maintenance on operational power plants, conduct fault analysis, and coordinate troubleshooting.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• Higher education degree in Electrical Power Engineering, Automation, or a related field
• Experience working with solar power plants, BESS, transformer substations, or SCADA systems would be considered an advantage
• Solid understanding of the operating principles of electrical systems
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation
• Ability to independently resolve technical issues and make decisions
• Willingness and ability to travel on business trips across Europe
• Category B driver’s license.
