Job Description Summary
Sur la base des activités confiées par sa hiérarchie, l’ingénieur(e) projets apporte un support aux équipes commerciales et assure la conception, le pilotage avant installation et l’approvisionnement des projets. Il(elle) assure un support aux équipes opérationnelles en charge de la mise en service des matériels sur le site du client.
Job Purpose
Based on the activities assigned by his/her hierarchical superiors, the project engineer supports the sales teams and is responsible for the design, pre-installation supervision and procurement of projects. He/she supports the operational teams in charge of commissioning equipment on the customer's site.
Significant Activities
- Sales support - Support sales teams (technical offers, costing, etc.)
- Maintain a technical and competitive watch (suppliers, technologies, markets, customers, etc.)
- Participate in the selection of external service providers (deadlines, prices, technical feasibility, etc.), in collaboration with stakeholders (sales teams, purchasing, etc.)
- Study contract documents (CCTP) and customer requirements in conjunction with sales teams
- Analyze requirements for each project in terms of technical, functional and deadline criteria
- Design and participate in the pre‑sizing of solutions (equipment and installation configurations, pre‑studies and technical definitions, drawings, installation dimensioning)
- Formalize technical requests to suppliers and cost the selected solutions in collaboration with the sales teams
- Monitor assembly work and ensure conformity of equipment and accessories before shipment, in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Create, manage and update document databases, customer documents and work directories
- Define and transmit the documentation required for the project and ensure documentary follow‑up
- Actively participate in project launches in collaboration with stakeholders (kick‑off meetings, etc.)
- Define plan and ensure supply of materials and components required for the project
- Manage service providers in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Manage the project (progress, monitoring indicators, stakeholder coordination, etc.) and take corrective action where necessary, in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage customer relations during the implementation phase and provide technical support
- Organize and plan equipment tests (recipes, etc.), in collaboration with stakeholders
- Prepare technical documentation and provide reporting elements in order to project invoicing
- Mobilize and animate internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project management
- Participate in end‑of‑project meetings (feedback, etc.)
- Ensure financial monitoring of the business (budget consumed, actual costs, etc.) and alert management in the event of any deviation

- Knows and applies internal and external compliance procedures and rules
Professional Knowledge
- 5years' higher education in a technical field and/or 5years' experience (preferred significant experience desired)
- Business skills

- Professional technical knowledge (mechanical, electrical, etc.)
- General knowledge of IT tools and information systems
