Your work in Project Management and Program implementation for Scientific Enablement.
- Act as a "Co-Pilot": Adopt a co-pilot mindset to work alongside scientists, providing the necessary operational structure to help them navigate complex project lifecycles.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Identify potential blockers early and propose creative solutions to ensure scientific research remains on track.
- Autonomous Execution: Work with high degrees of autonomy and flexibility, managing your own tasks and priorities while staying aligned with the broader scientific objectives.
- Operational Governance: Establish and implement fit-for-purpose project frameworks and templates that enhance scientific effectiveness without adding unnecessary administrative burden.
- Risk & Ambiguity Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks and dependencies across the project lifecycle, applying calculated risk-taking to navigate the inherent uncertainties of scientific discovery.
- Stakeholder Synergy: Facilitate alignment across diverse scientific and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and structured progress reporting.
- Transition Management: Effectively manage the transition of deliverables to support long-term operational continuity post-implementation.
Who You Are
- Scientific & Industry Foundation: Genuine interest in drug discovery/development science with solid understanding of the Pharma Value Chain, Drug Discovery process, milestones, and data requirements for successful transitions; Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field with 6-8 years of project-related experience.
- Entrepreneurial & Self-Driven Approach: Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient with passion for building sustainable solutions, standardizing workflows, and deep observation skills to navigate complex problems while maintaining holistic project perspective.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Facilitation: Proven expertise in organizing cross-functional workshops and sprints with senior stakeholders and Pharma partners; skilled in synthesizing outcomes and influencing stakeholders in virtual, global environments.
- Project Management Methodologies: Demonstrated expertise across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid setups with strong grasp of Lean concepts and Business Process Optimization techniques.
- Change Management & Process Redesign: Familiarity with Organizational Change Management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR) and experience redesigning decision-making processes to foster organizational adaptability.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in data management, visualization, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making and performance measurement.
