Project Director

For the account of one of our clients — a fast-growing health tech company at the crossroads of AI, biomedical data, research, and healthcare transformation — we are looking for a Project Director to lead a landmark initiative with national visibility.

Location: Paris

Permanent contract

Start: ASAP

This is not a conventional project leadership role.

This is a chance to step into a high-impact, highly visible position at the heart of a major program bringing together hospitals, public institutions, industrial players, and cutting-edge technology partners to accelerate the use of health data and AI for the benefit of patients and research.

You would be leading a complex and deeply meaningful ecosystem across multiple dimensions:

— scientific and medical coordination

— partner orchestration

— regulatory and sovereign data considerations

— long-term scalability and national replicability

We are looking for a leader who can combine:

• strategic altitude
• operational rigor
• genuine ease in complex, innovative environments

The ideal profile will likely bring:

• 10+ years of experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs
• strong exposure to healthcare, health data, AI, or similarly demanding regulated environments
• the ability to navigate technical, scientific, and regulatory topics with confidence
• excellent executive communication and coordination skills
• fluent French and professional English
