Project Director

We're seeking an experienced Project Director to lead end-to-end delivery of data centre projects across France, from RIBA Stage 2 through to construction, commissioning, and handover.

The Role

• Lead project and construction delivery ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality targets are met.
• Own commissioning and handover, including Uptime Institute Tier compliance and readiness sign-off.
• Manage general contractors, subcontractors, consultants and Technical Advisors
• Interface with client governance, local authorities and internal stakeholders (Operations, IT, Security, Design & Planning).
• Report on project status and financial performance.

What You'll Bring

• Proven delivery experience from RIBA Stage 2 through to handover on data center projects.
• Strong grasp of DC infrastructure — power, cooling, network, security
• Experience in the French market.
• Excellent stakeholder, contractor and negotiation skills
• Fluent English and French fluency.
