Project Director

Leads offshore development projects for brownfield and mature fields. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams (drilling, workover, production, facilities, HSE). Oversees CAPEX/OPEX, planning, costs, and risk management. Drives new wells production and tie‑ins. Responsibilities

Lead the offshore development project from post-discovery/FDP through to Final Investment Decision (FID). Develop and execute the FEED-to-FID strategy, schedule, governance, and project controls. Oversee FEED contractor performance and ensure delivery of high-quality engineering solutions. Lead preparation of the FID package, including cost estimates, execution plan, contracting strategy, and investment readiness. Manage project budget, risks, schedule, and technical interfaces across subsurface, wells, and facilities.

Requirements

Engineering degree with 15+ years' upstream oil & gas experience. Minimum 5 years in a Project Director or senior project management role. Proven experience delivering offshore projects through FEED and FID.
