Job Description Overview

Your role: Lead and positively influence the project organisation by consistently demonstrating AtkinsRéalis core values of Safety, Integrity, Collaboration and Innovation in day‑to‑day actions. Shape and deliver a clear, strategic program that enables successful completion of the EPC scope for the CI‑BOP design across three sites. Take overall ownership of project delivery, guiding and supporting teams to achieve outcomes aligned with safety, quality, schedule, cost and contractual commitments. Develop and align project scopes and deliverables in a way that supports the broader strategic vision and enables effective execution.
About You
Bring extensive experience contributing to and supporting a range of projects, including construction, manufacturing or civil engineering. Demonstrate the ability to lead and empower individuals and teams, fostering a supportive and high‑performing environment. Apply strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate plans into effective and coordinated delivery. Offer a solid understanding of large EPC environments, including subcontracting and prime contract management. Bring knowledge of nuclear supply chain and materials management principles. Inspire and connect teams, creating a shared sense of purpose and encouraging collaboration toward common goals.

Additional Information – Security Clearance
This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary, it will be discussed with you at interview. The vetting process is delivered by United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) and may require candidates to provide proof of residency in the UK of 5 years or longer.
