- Ensure that the assigned package is planned, organized and executed in accordance with the Business Management System
- Ensures package execution within time, budget, and QHSES requirements by allocating resources, managing risks, opportunities, and changes
- Interact daily with the internal clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
- Builds and maintains relationship with customer, when applicable, and other stakeholders associated with the Project (partners, subcontractors, vendors …). May have direct contact with similar positioned counterpart in Client’s team.Project Manager remains the single point of contact for the customer
- Creates a quality and HSE oriented work climate that encourages client satisfaction and HSE consciousness among the project team
- Contribute to the quotation process and provides project management related information such as schedules and budgets
- Ensures timely internal and external reporting
- Manages, informs, and leads project team by setting and monitoring performance targets
- Contributes to people development by interfacing with project department and HR and providing support to Project Engineers
- Participates in and assists Project Manager in guarantying achievement or improvement of Profit &Loss forecasts
- Ensures coordination of interfaces
- Assists in project execution and financial close out with appropriate feedback
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering and procurement interfaced activities, with assistance of Project Engineers as applicable.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
- Identify and report potential variations to the SOW with client and/or with vendors/subcontractors as well as risks and opportunities.
- Candidate must possess at least a BS degree in Engineering or relevant field
- Proven working experience as a Project Engineer oil and gas engineering.
- Good in workload management skills and has an experience in leadership or people management.
- Excellent understanding of subsea projects, including relevant equipment, operations and services
- Ability to lead functional project teams and manages critical timelines with the goal to streamline and provide critical customer service
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
- Project management and supervision skills
- Excellent command of the English language, both orally and written
- Decision making ability and leadership skills
- Current engineer license, if applicable
- Time management and organization skills
- Understands work product and services provided by the company
- To be mobile for short duration trips

Job Description
Within the Project Resources Department, reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Delivery Manager is responsible for the successful execution of the assigned project package by coordinating all the disciplines involved such as engineering, procurement, inspection, testing, transport, etc., in accordance with TechnipFMC QHSES corporate policies, contractual commitments (design data, codes, classes etc.), schedule and budget.
