The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement across cross‑functional teams and evolving priorities.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis and/or project management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven experience in a Salesforce or enterprise systems environment.
