The Project Delivery & Business Analysis Manager plays a dual role in leading strategic project execution and driving business analysis excellence. This hybrid professional ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives, while also translating business needs into actionable insights, user stories, and technical specifications. The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement across cross‑functional teams and evolving priorities.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis and/or project management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven experience in a Salesforce or enterprise systems environment.
Good-to-have Skills
- Salesforce and SAP knowledge
