Project Coordinator & Resident Liaison – Housing Refurb

Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking a Project Coordinator / Resident Liaison Officer to support refurbishment and planned works across housing associations and local authorities. The role involves coordinating activities, managing documentation, and keeping residents and teams informed to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You’ll develop plans, coordinate resources, manage schedules and assist risk management, while maintaining PM systems and reporting.
