Project Controls Manager Contractor Datacenter Europe

DC People is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to support cost control, scheduling, and reporting across live datacenter construction programmes throughout Europe. This is a rotational shift basis, working across multiple European datacenter sites.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules (e.g. Primavera P6) across multiple concurrent datacenter build packages
• Track project costs, forecasts, and change control against approved budgets
• Prepare progress reports, risk registers, and earned value analysis for stakeholders and client teams
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and site teams to identify schedule risks and cost variances
• Support monthly reporting cycles and ensure data integrity across cost and schedule systems
• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety and datacenter security procedures on active, live sites

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Controls Manager/Engineer on datacenter, mission-critical, or large-scale construction programmes
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 and cost/schedule reporting tools
• Legally eligible to work in the EU without visa sponsorship
• Willing and able to work on a rotational shift basis (including nights/weekends as required) and to travel/relocate across European sites for the duration of the contract
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
