Are you an organised, adaptable junior project professional with an interest in coordination or tax incentives and R&D programmes?

emagine has an opportunity for you to coordinate and support the operational management of global Tax Incentive activities within an internationally recognised travel technology company.

Key Requirements

  • Ideally 2+ years of experience in a PMO, project coordination, or project management role with demonstrable organisational ability and drive
  • Highly organised: able to manage multiple projects simultaneously at different paces and urgency levels without dropping the detail
  • Adaptable and calm under pressure - comfortable switching priorities and handling ambiguity
  • Advanced Excel skills: structured reporting, dashboards, and data tracking
  • Strong IT literacy and confidence working with SharePoint and project management tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English (professional level) and French (fluent)
  • Curious and interest in learning about tax incentives, R&D programmes, or regulatory/compliance topics
  • Quick learner with a proactive, self-starting mindset

Nice to Have

  • Prior exposure to Research Tax Credits, Innovation Tax Credits, or R&D funding schemes
  • Experience supporting documentation or eligibility processes in a technical or regulatory context
  • Familiarity with working alongside R&D or engineering teams

Main Responsibilities

You will keep the programme running smoothly across multiple concurrent workstreams, including:

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities across Tax Incentive programmes in multiple countries, tracking progress and following up with stakeholders to keep deliverables on schedule
  • Maintain and update project dashboards, KPI trackers, risk registers, and status reports
  • Organise and facilitate meetings: scheduling, agendas, minute-taking, and action-item tracking
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation related to RTC and Innovation Tax Credit schemes - full training provided where needed
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, R&D departments, and external consultants
  • Maintain the programme SharePoint site and related documentation repositories
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities across different projects and urgency levels
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of governance practices, tools, and processes
  • Assist with technical interviews and information-gathering sessions with R&D teams and subject-matter experts
