Compensation & Benefits

Earning potential: $100,000–$250,000 per year, uncapped pay structure.

Role

Project consultants meet with homeowners and conduct preliminary home inspections to identify needs. They guide homeowners through sales appointments and present the best solutions for gutters, roofing, windows and doors.

Consultants manage personal sales targets, perform daily role‑playing and training, and receive and respond to regular coaching.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Coachable, driven individuals with robust interpersonal, relationship and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Positive mindset, tenacity, goal‑oriented motivation and capacity to self‑drive toward and exceed benchmarks.
• Strong ability to sell ideas and negotiate.
