• Youmanagethe fulltacticalsourcingprocess for construction,renovation,maintenanceand FF&Eprojects—fromconsolidatingbusinessrequirementstocontractfinalizationin collaborationwithinternalstakeholders and Legal.

• You lead tenderprocesses,conductnegotiations, andensurecontractsalignwithbudget, planning,sustainabilityobjectivesand Groupprocurementstandards.

• Youdevelopandmanageastrongsupplier base,monitorperformance (quality, service,logistics,financials, CSR), and drivecontinuousimprovementand innovation.

• Youensureprocurementperformance byidentifyingcostand cashoptimizationopportunities,anticipatingrisks(includingbusinesscontinuity), andimplementingcorrective actionswhenneeded.

• Youcollaboratecloselywithprojectteams, construction managers andregionalstakeholdersacrossFrance and Germany,ensuringalignmentandstrongcommunicationthroughoutprojectlifecycles.
