Project Administrative and Financial Manager (CPM)

A snapshot of your day: To lead and coordinate all contractual, administrative, legal, tax, accounting and financial aspects of project execution, in order to control risks and improve budget and schedule performance, in cooperation with the Project Manager, with whom the role shares joint responsibility for the project(s) within the assigned portfolio.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Analyze client contract conditions and participate in negotiating contractual aspects of amendments.
  • Actively participate in the preparation of claims and/or change order files (clients, subcontractors, suppliers).
  • Ensure that all stakeholders comply with their contractual commitments.
  • Review and validate the relevance of cost estimates and contractual structures of offers.
  • Prepare and update financial forecasts and ensure achievement of targets related to revenue, gross margin and cash flow, as well as compliance with the legal and tax environment of the projects.
  • Control risks and opportunities and ensure proper accounting methods; analyze variances between budgeted and actual costs.
  • Establish and monitor financial instruments (guarantees, payment methods, receivables collection, provisions).
  • Maintain accurate data in the management system for each project.
  • Manage insurance claims.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and group procedures throughout project execution.
  • Implement new financial monitoring and control tools if necessary.
  • Where applicable, act as World Project Controller (WPC), including coordination and consolidation of financial reporting and supervision of local CPMs.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • More than 3 years experience in project management (administrative and financial areas)
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Strong financial knowledge (budgetary control, accounting principles, cash management) and specialized expertise in export techniques, sales financing, taxation, business law and contract management.
  • Team work, very good communication skills, negotiation skills, critical thinking
