Job Description

The Programme Manager (H/F) is responsible for Low and High Voltage Wiring Programmes within the Renault Business Unit.

The role is accountable for leading the team to ensure the efficient introduction of new programme launches, coordinating and controlling all functional groups, and delivering multiple complex programmes on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Fully accountable for the assigned FR Renault Programme(s).
  • Establish and build effective customer interfaces at all levels of the business.
  • Develop programme timing plans to match internal and external customer requirements.
  • Manage tooling timing and budget (PFA) to support programme milestones.
  • Experience of working closely with manufacturing plants to ensure all elements are controlled.
  • Understand key financial tracking tools; control, track, and report programme status to Senior Management using the Lear Gateway (LEAR Pro) system.
  • Ownership and progression of the OI roadmaps to ensure CTO targets are achieved.
  • Ensure programmes are effectively controlled and take a leading role in any recovery plan.
  • Assume a leadership role in the resolution of issues and conflicts.
  • Work closely with other functions (such as Sales) to ensure a unified approach.
  • Focus the team on the delivery of programmes and customer sign-off (PPAP approval).

Requirements

  • Familiar with automotive processes and procedures.
  • Commercial and financial awareness.
  • Ability to motivate a team and drive problem resolution through a hands‑on approach.
  • Understanding of APQP processes and deliverables.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
