Programme Manager, Defence AI – France Delivery Lead

Helsing is expanding its Air Domain presence in France and seeks a Programme Manager to own delivery across engineering, operations and customer engagement. You will bridge Helsing’s technology with French defence acquisition, working with the DGA and the French Air Force and key industrial partners.

You will lead complex, high‑stake programmes, translating strategic intent into executable plans, while managing risk and ensuring delivery outcomes.
