What You’ll Be Doing
Join AXA Partners as a Program Manager and shape the future of assistance and insurance. AXA Partners is seeking a visionary Program Manager to lead global transformation initiatives for the Credit & Lifestyle Protection (CLP) unit. The role involves shaping the future, innovating, and making a real difference for clients, teams, and shareholders worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Alignment and Governance: Ensure transformation initiatives align with the overall strategy of CLP and AP, establish governance frameworks, and prioritize projects to maximize impact.
- Program and Project Management: Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of all strategic initiatives to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate organizational change through communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption processes, identifying and mapping key stakeholders and developing engagement strategies.
- Performance Measurement and Reporting: Track progress, measure impact of initiatives, and provide regular reports to senior management using KPIs to adjust plans as needed.
- Program Planning and Delivery: Develop comprehensive action plans, timelines, and milestones for the 10 initiatives of the Samsara program, coordinate activities across workstreams, manage interdependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
- Program Governance Updates: Facilitate program review meetings, status updates, prepare governance documentation, and lead steering committee meetings for informed decision-making.
- Resource and Budget Management: Plan, allocate, and optimize resources, collaborate with IT and support functions to define technical resource needs, monitor program budget, and manage budget variances.
- Risk Identification and Mitigation: Develop risk mitigation plans, maintain risk and issue logs, and elevate critical risks and issues to higher levels.
Qualifications
- Transformation Experience: Solid experience managing large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs of similar size and complexity.
- Engagement and Influence: Proven stakeholder engagement and influence skills, able to align and motivate diverse teams.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and team management skills in a matrix environment, with effective communication to high-level and cross-functional audiences.
- Risk Management: Mastery in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, with in-depth knowledge of change management principles.
- Financial Acumen: Strong financial sense, including budget management, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Analysis and Problem Solving: Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
- Organization and Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
