Location: Suresnes, France Job ID: 50956 The Program Manager, Product Operations and Delivery is a cross-functional coordinator within HID IAM Authentication Devices and reports to the Senior Director, Authentication Devices. The role helps turn portfolio priorities into predictable delivery across new product introductions, product changes, production readiness, and ongoing customer commitments. Working across Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales, the Program Manager maintains integrated plans, exposes risks and dependencies early, drives action closure, and ensures stakeholders have clear visibility into status and decisions. The role also strengthens product operations through consistent governance, meaningful KPIs, and process automation that reduces manual reporting and improves data quality.

Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across the authentication hardware portfolio, aligning owners, milestones, dependencies, and critical decisions.
- Maintain integrated plans for new product introductions (NPI), product changes, manufacturing readiness, ramp-up, and launches.
- Track delivery risks and customer-impacting issues, drive mitigation plans, and escape when decisions or support are required.
- Monitor customer commitments, backlog, delivery performance, and readiness to identify exceptions before they affect outcomes.
- Facilitate operating reviews and action tracking, ensuring clear ownership, due dates, and timely closure of critical items.
- Build and maintain portfolio dashboards and KPIs, converting inputs from multiple functions into concise, decision-ready status.
- Drive process and reporting automation using Power Automate, AI tools, and other business systems to improve efficiency and transparency.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to translate portfolio priorities into executable delivery plans and measurable milestones.
- Work with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement to address constraints, readiness gaps, capacity issues, and supply risks.
- Prepare executive summaries, operational reviews, and decision materials that clearly communicate status, risks, tradeoffs, and next actions.
- Maintain consistent portfolio data and reporting, improving data quality and source-of-truth discipline across teams.
- Identify recurring operational bottlenecks and coordinate corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience and Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in program management, project management, product operations, business operations, or a similar cross-functional role.
- Experience coordinating programs in a hardware, manufacturing, technology, or product development environment.
- Strong planning, prioritization, risk management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, collaboration tools, and dashboard or reporting workflows.
- Experience supporting NPI, industrialization, manufacturing ramp-up, or supply chain programs.
- Familiarity with PLM, ERP, agile, or SAFe environments.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, AI-enabled productivity tools, or similar automation technologies.
- Experience in identity, authentication, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology markets.
