About the role

Datadog is expanding its community-focused event portfolio, including Datadog Summits, DASH, and local meetups. We are seeking a Program Manager to join our community team in Paris to coordinate content and advocacy efforts for events across the EMEA region.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute technical programming for regional and local events while ensuring long-term scalability.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for physical and digital assets, coordinating with procurement and vendors.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful event execution.
• Update internal systems and public websites with speaker details and event agendas.
• Oversee the onsite speaker experience for both internal staff and customer presenters.
• Handle onsite operations, including staffing, rehearsals, and programming logistics.
• Partner with the VP of Community, cross-functional internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Build and refine workflows to improve automation and program efficiency.
• Provide regular updates on goals, status, and impact to ensure organizational alignment.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in program management, specifically with large-scale conferences or similar initiatives in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with technical stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
• Proficiency in building data-driven processes, including custom intake workflows and estimation models.
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Business-level proficiency in both English and French.
• Ability to travel for work up to 15% of the time via train or air.
