About the Role
We are seeking a Program Manager based in Paris to support complex product-development programs with European luxury leather goods and accessories brands. The role is suited to professionals who can coordinate multiple workstreams from early product requirements through development, validation, supplier coordination, and production readiness.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate selected luxury hardware development programs.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, documentation, and cross-functional communication.
- Align product-development, engineering, quality, sourcing, and manufacturing requirements.
- Identify development and execution risks early.
- Support communication between Paris-based brand teams and YIBI manufacturing teams.
- Coordinate product changes, validation requirements, and production-readiness reviews.
- Support long-term program relationships with selected luxury clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in program management, project management, product development, industrialization, or manufacturing.
- Experience in leather goods, accessories, luxury products, or precision metal components is preferred.
- Strong cross-functional project-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with international manufacturing partners is an advantage.
