Role Description

The Professor, Simulation International Negotiation, will design and deliver courses that use negotiation simulations to develop learners’ intercultural and international negotiation skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing course materials, facilitating interactive simulation sessions, guiding participants through negotiation scenarios, and assessing their performance using clear, transparent criteria. The role involves collaborating with academic staff to refine curricula, integrating digital resources into teaching, and supporting learners through feedback, mentoring, and office hours. The Professor will also contribute to academic development activities, such as updating teaching methods and participating in program meetings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Paris.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of international negotiation, intercultural communication, and global management practices.
• Experience designing and leading simulation-based or experiential learning activities in higher education or professional training.
• Strong teaching, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse, multilingual groups.
• Proficiency in relevant digital tools and e-learning platforms used for course delivery and learner assessment.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills; ability to provide constructive, clear feedback.
• Master’s degree or PhD in international relations, management, communication, law, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within an academic team and contribute to curriculum development.
• Professional or academic experience in international environments; familiarity with French and English is highly beneficial.
