How will you shape our tomorrow
Professional Services Specialists guide Operating Companies (OpCos) end to end through onboarding and integration with the SPARK platform.
They translate integration patterns into executable solutions, safeguard quality and timelines, and ensure smooth implementations—from intake to hypercare—with a focus on adoption, reuse, and durable standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution for assigned OpCos.
- L2 support; coach Juniors and manage escalations.
- Present integration patterns; guide implementation & mapping.
- Define test strategies and acceptance criteria; coach OpCos on testing.
- Run status meetings and stakeholder updates; manage risks/issues.
- Enforce best practices (security, compliance, data quality, reusability).
Core Competencies
- Technical: solid grasp of patterns (sync/async, pub/sub, bulk), API lifecycle, basic observability and C# / .NET.
- Professional: stakeholder management (operational/management), prioritization, scope negotiation.
- Process & Quality: oversee change, release, and test management.
KPIs / Success Metrics
- % integrations delivered on time/on scope, first time right.
- Mean time from issue → resolution (L2).
- Quality: lower defect density in SIT/UAT.
- OpCo adoption of SPARK capabilities.
The experience you bring
- At least 4 years in integration/consulting.
- Experience with project coordination, test strategy, stakeholder management.
- Able to handle multiple OpCos in parallel.
Work Mode & Location
Hybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ème) and 17ème after the probation period.
