Bigblue – Head of Professional Services

We are seeking a leader to build and manage a new Professional Services function from the ground up, designing offers, structuring delivery, and ensuring execution at scale. The role reports directly to the co‑CEOs and works cross‑functionally with sales, product, ops, and customers.

What you’ll do

  • Design and launch the Professional Services program: define service offerings, pricing models, and delivery frameworks for operational consulting.
  • Deliver structured, high‑impact advice to merchants: help brands streamline operations, unlock growth, and maximize capabilities.
  • Create and track performance metrics: define KPIs – merchant satisfaction, project ROI, delivery timelines – and build tools to monitor and improve them.
  • Generate and structure company knowledge: turn field experience into scalable insights that feed internal training, merchant enablement, and product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Ops, and Customer teams: scope merchant needs, influence product direction, and integrate services into the customer journey.
  • Handle repeatable and bespoke projects: manage standardized onboarding packages and customized migration projects, balancing industrialized delivery with tailored solutions.
  • Make Professional Services profitable: design revenue models, forecast utilization, and ensure strong project economics while delivering merchant value.

Who you are

  • You have 5+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or implementation at a high‑growth scale‑up, logistics, e‑commerce, or SaaS company.
  • You are customer‑obsessed, with a sense of ownership and the ability to translate complex needs into actionable plans.
  • You balance execution, people management, and financial performance.
  • You are a builder – ready to design and scale processes from scratch.
  • You thrive in cross‑functional environments, collaborating across product, ops, tech, and commercial teams.
  • You are both strategic and hands‑on, comfortable driving a roadmap while firefighting projects when needed.
  • Fluent in English and ideally French or Spanish.
