Manage teams of fabricators, welders, and technicians, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the production team.
• Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and deadlines.
• Monitor quality standards throughout the fabrication process.
• Assign tasks, manage schedules, and track progress.
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and management to meet client needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing or metal fabrication.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of metalworking techniques, machinery, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
