Production Reliability Engineer

Outsight is seeking a Production Operations specialist to maintain the stability of live deployments in a Hybrid SaaS environment. You will isolate software incidents, parse logs, and escalate defects to the L2 Customer Engineering team, with on-call rotations including nights and weekends.

The role requires 3+ years supporting live systems, strong Linux skills, and familiarity with hybrid networks, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud services. English fluency is required; French is a plus.
