Production Quality Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking a Production Quality Engineer to join our Production Quality team in Beaucouzé, France.

Our production site in France employs 400 staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective management and control of non‑conforming products throughout the manufacturing process.
- Lead weekly quality review meetings with Production, Product Quality and Supplier Quality teams.
- Analyze and drive the resolution of quality issues encountered in production, identify root causes, contain affected products and assess customer risks.
- Lead cross‑functional continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing arising from internal findings or external feedback.
- Maintain and update quality standards and documentation, including defect libraries, inspection checklists and control documents.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Plastics Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering leaders within a dynamic industrial environment that combines long‑term improvement initiatives with day‑to‑day operational challenges.
Profile & Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or a Master's level qualification in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Initial hands‑on experience within a manufacturing of industrial products, including internships or apprenticeship programmes.
- Strong shop‑floor presence and a genuine interest in working close to manufacturing operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data and facts.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proactive mindset, perseverance and a strong results‑oriented approach.
- Fluent in English and French.
