Production Pipeline Intern: Lead Fashion Asset Prep
AI Studio is Kleep's generative-AI image production line. We take our clients' products and generate polished, on-model e-commerce imagery (PDP shots, campaign visuals) using our AI photoshoot platform, then refine every asset to client-ready quality before delivery.
As our Production Project Manager, you'll own that pipeline end to end, exactly as we run it today. You'll work inside the Studio platform daily, plan and coordinate image drops for premium fashion brands, brief and manage a team of external editors and retouchers, run quality control on the images they produce, and make sure every batch ships on time and on standard.
Important: you won't be editing the images yourself. Your job is to direct and coordinate the editing team that does, and to make sure their output meets the bar. This means you don't need any image-editing or AI-generation experience to apply. What matters is that you're organized, you learn fast, and you can run the process.
This is a hands‑on, highly organizational role for someone who learns fast and likes turning a busy, fast-moving workflow into a smooth, repeatable machine. You'll work directly with the founders, with real ownership over how Studio AI production runs day to day.
What you'll do
- Run the platform: work inside the Studio platform every day to generate base imagery, manage drops, and move work through the pipeline.
- Production planning: organize and prioritize incoming image drops across multiple brand clients, with clear timelines and deliverables for each.
- Define turnaround: own the timeline from client request to delivery, and set clear expectations (for example, what we can deliver 48 hours after a brief).
- Coordinate the editing team: recruit, brief, and manage external editors and retouchers who do the actual image work. You direct it, they execute it.
- Quality control: review images against brand standards (logo accuracy, fabric and fit, clean edits) and send precise feedback until each asset is PDP-ready.
- Take ownership and improve: flag what's not working and push it forward, with feedback on the platform, the processes, and the timelines.
- Build onboarding materials: create clear tutorials and documentation so new editors onboard quickly and produce consistent work.
- Client relationships: keep clients updated with clear, structured messages and tactfully get them to give feedback and comments, even when it's a hassle for them.
- Client delivery: prepare and deliver final batches, gather client feedback, and manage revision rounds cleanly.
- Real ownership from day one, with a direct line to the founders.
- Immediate impact: your work powers Studio AI production for a portfolio of premium international fashion brands.
- A front‑row seat to applied generative AI for fashion and e-commerce.
- A fast learning curve in a small, ambitious team.
- Room to grow: if you take real ownership and the product keeps growing with you, there's a genuine path to a full‑time role.
Qualifications
- Extremely organized and structured (the most important): you turn chaos into clear plans, checklists, and timelines, and nothing slips through the cracks.
- You learn fast and onboard quickly: you can pick up a new platform and understand it deeply in days, not weeks.
- You have management skills and can coordinate people, briefs, and deadlines without dropping a ball.
- You take responsibility: when something can be improved, you say so and you drive the fix.
- Excellent written English (essential): the whole job runs on clear, detailed written communication with the editing team. French is a strong plus given our French‑speaking clients, but not required.
- You have an eye for detail and visual quality: you can spot when an image looks off rather than like a real photoshoot.
- You're curious about AI and excited to work hands‑on with generative image tools.
- Image editing experience is a real bonus (but not required): any hands‑on experience with Photoshop or AI image generation (Nano Banana, ComfyUI, Generative Fill, Stable Diffusion, prompting) helps you brief and guide the editing team better.
Availability
this is a full‑time, on‑site internship in Paris (not an alternance). You need to be available every working day, with no rotating school schedule, because production runs on client deadlines.
Interview Process
- First interview with the Head of Studio.
