Production Operations Engineer - Night & On-Call

Outsight seeks an Operations specialist to maintain the daily stability of live customer deployments, isolating software incidents and elevating defects to the L2 Customer Engineering team. The role requires participation in scheduled night and weekend on-call rotation.

You will validate deployments, triage issues, perform production changes, and contribute to runbooks and RCA reports to ensure reliable operations across our SaaS platform.
