Production Manager (Grasse, Provenza-Alpes-Costa Azul, Francia)

Your Role

Lead and optimize production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and innovation.

Operational Leadership

• Manage daily production, planning, and resources.
• Supervise warehouse operations and stock accuracy.
• Drive process optimization and industrial projects.
• Support R&D and new product scale-up.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Sales, QA, and R&D.
• Implement corrective actions and monitor KPIs.

Your Skills

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or similar.
• Proven experience as a Production Manager in chemical, pharma or related industries.
• Experience managing R&D, projects and production environments.
• Strong understanding of Quality Control processes.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Languages: French, professional level of English or Spanish.
