We manage everything from pre-production planning to live broadcast execution, ensuring every moment is captured perfectly.
About the Role
Production Leadership & Innovation
- Develop and manage a comprehensive production plan
- Support the live editorial team on defining workflows and procedures to achieve a world-class coverage
- Lead the implementation of specialised cameras in coordination with Engineering department
- Oversee event-time Production delivery both at venues and central operations
Team & Resource Management
- Guide and support a team of project coordinators
- Manage relationships with technical suppliers and contractors
- Develop and implement staff training programs
Budget & Operations Control
- Drive production budget forecasting and optimisation
- Coordinate scheduling for centralised and stadium-based deliverables
- Ensure seamless collaboration across all HBS departments
What makes a successful candidate?
- Proven experience in production or broadcast environment with a focus on live production (OB and or centralised), preferrable in sports events
- Experience with special cameras and remote workflows
- Strong project & supplier management skills in media production
- Knowledge of broadcast production standards and equipment
- Understanding of production workflows and processes
- Experience with industry-standard software and tools
- Team leadership skills and coordination abilities
- Be fluent in English with excellent communication abilities
