Use film, television or theater production experience to build IXO cases that test creative decisions and practical execution. The work combines storytelling judgment with the realities of schedules, budgets and teams.

Responsibilities

• Write production questions involving script interpretation, shot selection and talent direction.
• Develop cases about scheduling, budgets, creative problem-solving and post-production.
• Explain the trade-offs that support a strong reference decision.
• Review model answers for accuracy, practicality and adherence to production standards.
• Refine the difficulty and clarity of cases after specialist review.

Required experience and preparation

A degree in film, theater, media production or a related field is one route; equivalent professional experience is accepted. You need proven work as a producer, director or production leader, a substantial understanding of creative workflows and strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred experience

Experience across film, television, theater, commercials or digital content is useful. Production training, professional associations, crew management, distribution and media-technology experience are additional advantages.

Deliverables and engagement

Deliverables are production case studies, reasoned reference responses and scored evaluations. This remote role is paid hourly. Its scope and schedule are agreed separately from accepted-task production-benchmark assignments. Pay is $55 $105/hr in USD. IXO will agree the scope, deliverables and schedule before work begins.
