Production Incident Coordinator RUN SI

CONTEXT: Experience: 5 years and more Job Functions: Studies & Development, Production Monitoring Officer Technological Specialties: Incident Management, Reporting Skills Technologies and Tools Dynatrace Excel JIRA As part of the RUN of a complex Information System, we are looking for a Production Incident Coordinator responsible for ensuring the operational monitoring of incidents, their pre-qualification, as well as the coordination between support, production and testing teams.

The role is central to the RUN control tower and requires a strong commitment, as the IT system is complex and demanding to manage. MISSIONS – Ensure efficient and structured management of production incidents. – Improve the quality of incident handling through rigorous pre-qualification. – Streamline coordination between support, production, and testing. – Provide a consolidated and reliable view of the production status. Main Missions – Monitoring and Management of Production Incidents – Monitor all production incidents (detection, qualification, follow-up). – Perform pre-qualification of incidents: context analysis, identification of the impacted scope, initial prioritization. – Verify with the support teams that: incidents are correctly described, the necessary information is present, and incidents are handled effectively. – Coordination with Support and Production – Organize regular briefing meetings with support. – Coordinate actions with the production teams for incident handling. – Monitor the progress of resolutions and follow up as needed. – Ensure consistency between reported incidents and actions taken. – Work closely with the testing teams, especially when a production incident requires a validation phase in testing or generates new anomalies. – Ensure continuity between production and testing. – Facilitation & Reporting – Organize and lead meetings to track production incidents. – Formalize and distribute meeting minutes. Produce dashboards and indicators: incident volume, resolution times, recurring incidents, and impacts on production.

Desired Expertise – Proven profile in production monitoring / RUN / incidents. – Excellent analytical and information structuring skills. – Very good command of Excel (powerful tools, complex consolidations). – Comfortable with complex IT systems, requiring a significant initial investment of time and effort. – Excellent communicator, able to interact with busy teams. – Assertive personality with strong character: able to follow up, challenge, and maintain order with very busy stakeholders. – Bonus: knowledge of the insurance sector**Work location:** Europe
