Production Engineer (Contract)

Support the engineering team at our France facility on a 12-month contract. You'll optimise production workflows for precision spring and connector assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Optimise CNC machining and assembly workflows for loom components
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce cycle times and waste
• Support new product introduction (NPI) from prototype to production readiness
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
• Document process improvements and update standard operating procedures

Requirements

• 3+ years in production or manufacturing engineering
• Experience with CNC machining, turning, and assembly processes
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools
• Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T specifications
• Proficiency in French and English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Experience in precision component manufacturing is highly preferred
