Production Control & Logistics Manager & APS Leader

Autoneum is globally leading in acoustic and thermal management for light and commercial vehicles. The Company develops and produces multifunctional, lightweight and sustainable components and systems for interior floor, interior trim as well as engine bay and underbody. Customers include almost all automobile manufacturers in Europe, North & South America, Asia and Africa. Main Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics flows (receiving, storage, shipping)
• Ensure product availability and on-time delivery performance
• Optimize inventory management and logistics costs
• Coordinate planning, procurement, production, suppliers, and transport activities
• Lead, coach, and develop logistics and operational teams
• Deploy and promote the APS (Autoneum Production System) and Lean methodologies
• Monitor and analyze operational KPIs (OTD, inventory accuracy, productivity, logistics costs, MMOG, etc.)
• Participate in industrial projects and strategic site decisions as a member of the management team

Profile

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent
• 5–10 years of experience in an industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, ERP/SAP systems, and Lean methodologies
• Fluent English required
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and customer-oriented mindset
