Production Activity Controller - Logistic Support (f/m)
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a candidate to join our Supply Chain & Logistics Department in Toulouse, France . The role supports the Logistics Support FAL, coordinating logistics operations for an assembly station to ensure production activities progress on time.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate and manage parts and equipment according to production required dates.
- Manage rejected parts regarding document traceability, new parts replenishment, or cannibalization in compliance with established processes.
- Analyze and communicate missing parts deviations to the production group when scheduling constraints occur.
- Analyze and control logistics flows while actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in daily production meetings to report status and secure actions.
Ability to work effectively and autonomously under a flexible production shift framework (2×8 shift work schedule).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a logistics support professional.
- Strong knowledge of FAL logistics processes.
- Proficiency in manufacturing and production tools (SAP PGI, SAP PEA, Acpng, MES, etc.).
- Team player with strong communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Autonomous mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
