About the Role

Trimble is looking for a collaborative leader to manage a talented training team, drive platform innovation, and deliver exceptional learning experiences that empower stakeholders across the entire construction asset lifecycle.

What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will be at the forefront of digital transformation by spearheading the deployment of our advanced training platforms. You will directly influence how our clients and internal teams master Trimble solutions, owning the strategic alignment of educational technologies while maintaining critical industry certifications that showcase our commitment to excellence. In this role you will be reporting to the Professional Services Manager. You and your team will handle all incoming training sessions validated by clients, in compliance with the procedures established by the division, Trimble France, and certification requirements. Your team members may also be requested to conduct client audits to promote training, development, or consulting needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion the implementation and cross‑platform connection of our advanced training management ecosystems
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a high‑performing team of trainers and consulting experts
  • Partner closely with key accounts and major project stakeholders to align educational strategies with their unique business needs
  • Collaborate with technical resource teams to keep training methodologies and product competencies cutting‑edge
  • Drive continuous quality improvement by monitoring training feedback and safeguarding vital QUALIOPI certification standards

Essential Skills & Experience

  • An educational background or equivalent experience related to the construction, building, or engineering sectors
  • Some years of practical experience as a trainer
  • Technical proficiency navigating complex software ecosystems, enterprise systems, or learning management platforms
  • Strong communication, organizational, management and client relationship skills
  • Professional fluency in French and English language skills (both written and spoken)
  • Valid driver's license

Bonus Points

  • Prior experience managing formal training compliance procedures or quality certifications like QUALIOPI
  • Experience leading and developing training teams

Logistics

Location: France – Terssas or Joinville‑le‑Pont (Paris). Travel Requirement: Expected for client site audits, key account meetings, and team alignment as required.
