Product Strategy Architect — Climate & Logistics (Remote)

Searoutes is hiring a Product Strategist to own the WHY and WHAT of the product, running client discovery, shaping pitches, and moving proposals to betting table. This role has no backlog or sprint duties and operates in a Shape Up framework with close collaboration to Product Engineers and the VP Engineering.

You’ll engage with logistics sustainability managers, shape bets for the Platform, and present pitches under CEO and VP Engineering pressure.
