Job summary

ALTO Investment is a buy‑side technology platform covering the entire investment management value chain. As part of Amundi Technology, the ALTO Product Strategy team defines the product development strategy and manages the roadmap for all ALTO investment products. The team drives platform product offerings across technology modules and business services, supporting Amundi Technology’s business development teams in promoting ALTO Investment products and designing end‑to‑end solutions for clients. Product Managers analyze market requirements, define future solutions, sponsor key opportunities, and manage high‑impact strategic projects, including third‑party integrations and collaboration with R&D.

Responsibilities

• Own the Front Office suite, managing product upgrades and building cross‑asset solutions.
• Enhance the ALTO Portfolio Analysis product to support portfolio construction, optimisation, allocations, analysis, and order management.
• Define product gaps and macro requirements; translate business and technical needs into user stories.
• Collaborate closely with product delivery managers (R&D) to build and track the roadmap.
• Support delivery and account managers during client onboarding and meetings as the SME.

Experience & qualifications

• 11+ years in asset‑management, with expertise in portfolio management and investment strategies.
• Experience sponsoring and managing the implementation of software solutions as part of a strategic product roadmap.
• Analysing customer needs of asset managers, owners, and servicers and market trends.
• Experience building functional architecture solutions.
• Knowledge of financial instruments.
• Operational experience with at least one of: Simcorp, CRD, BBG AIM, Aladdin, Finastra, Orchetrade, Murex, MSCI, ThinkFolio.
• Understanding of standard information systems technical architectures.
• Professional English and strong written and oral presentation skills.
