Job Description
Product Specialist – Single Shot (France) – Issy-les-Moulineaux, France. This role is focused on executing the in-market commercial agenda for the Single Shot portfolio across EMEA, supporting launch activities, field activation, customer engagement, competitive positioning, and performance tracking.
Responsibilities
- Drive in‑market execution of the Single Shot commercial agenda (programmes, materials, activation, adoption support) ensuring consistency across countries.
- Support launch deployment of Single Shot product launches, indication expansions, and care‑pathway evolutions across EMEA: create country readiness materials, sales enablement assets, congress activation, and early‑experience capture.
- Deploy portfolio activation programmes – segmentation‑based adoption frameworks, account‑level interventions, country execution support – in partnership with Product Marketing peers and country teams.
- Support portfolio‑level KOL programmes, advocacy initiatives, congress activation, and peer‑to‑peer programmes to accelerate Single Shot adoption.
- Develop and deploy structured, field‑actionable competitive responses: positioning, messaging, sales tools, and rapid in‑market deployment.
- Track portfolio‑level commercial metrics (adoption, activation, share, account penetration) and present findings as actionable input to Marketing Strategy, Product Marketing Lead, and senior leadership.
- Partner with Marketing Strategy, Education, Commercial, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Supply, and country leadership to ensure portfolio execution is aligned, scalable, and consistent with regional strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in MedTech, pharma, or related industries with marketing execution, product specialist, or sales/clinical exposure.
- Strong preference for electrophysiology, cardiovascular, or interventional experience; single‑shot ablation, AF, or PFA exposure is a significant plus.
- Demonstrated track record of supporting marketing execution at country or regional level – launches, campaigns, adoption programmes, sales enablement.
- Commercial orientation: translate portfolio strategy into in‑market action with a strong commercial instinct.
- Cross‑functional fluency: effective collaboration with Product Marketing peers, Marketing Strategy Product Managers, Education, Commercial, Medical Affairs, and country teams.
- Analytical capability: work with commercial data, segmentation models, performance dashboards and convert analysis into clear commercial recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal English; deliver concise updates and represent the portfolio in commercial and customer‑facing settings.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Regular EMEA travel (approximately 40–50%) expected.

Compensation
Base salary: €53,500.00 – €85,790.00. Annual bonus potential based on pay grade and location; sales commissions also possible.
