About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Manager with experience in performance management to lead our dream team of Account Executives. This role is located in our global Sales team, responsible for driving new customer acquisition and engagement for our Acquiring product across the globe.
Responsibilities
- Leading by example and selling directly to customers
- Coaching a team of up to 10 Product Sales Executives, owning all aspects of performance, training, and development
- Managing your team's performance to create a best‑in‑class sales team
- Creating best practices across the entire sales process
- Taking responsibility for the team's targets, discovering growth opportunities, and striving for record growth quarter upon quarter
- Creating a culture of high performance and living the Revolut values
Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- 4+ years of experience within a similar role
- 1+ year of management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to motivate and drive performance
- Experience working within a performance‑management culture
- Demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in telesales
- A keen interest in commencing a career in a high‑performing sales culture
Nice to Have
- Fluency in other languages
