Product Owner & UX Designer F/H

To support our innovation strategy, Bilendi , a leading international provider of technology, data, and AI solutions for market research , is looking for a Product Owner & UX Designer .

In this critical, hands-on dual role, you will combine Technical Product Ownership and UX/UI Design . Reporting directly to the Group Product Innovation Director, your mission will be to translate product vision into highly precise functional specifications for our development teams (Bilendi Tech) while personally designing user journeys, wireframes, and final mockups.

You will act as the technical orchestrator driving the development and deep integration between two of our strategic solutions—Bilendi Discuss (our AI-powered qualitative research platform) and Bilendi UX (our user experience research solutions suite)—and our core global platform (BPlatform ).

Your daily missions will be divided into three main pillars:

• Technical Product Ownership & Specifications: Translate business requirements into clear, exhaustive functional specifications and detailed user stories. Manage, prioritize, and groom the product backlog, and partner closely with the Lead Developer (Bilendi Tech) to ensure smooth execution within an Agile framework.
• UX/UI Design & Prototyping (Hands-on): Own the end-to-end UX/UI design for Bilendi UX and its intersections with Bilendi Discuss. Conduct user research , design user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final high-fidelity mockups using Figma. Maintain and evolve our design system.
• Core Product Integration & Evolution: Drive the functional development of new features , architect deep product integrations , coordinate seamless onboarding into the BPlatform , and oversee the integration of AI-powered capabilities (including our AI assistant, Bari).

Profile Sought

Experience & Background

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or UX Designer in a software/SaaS environment.
• Proven track record in a dual PO/UX role , supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to deliver both rigorous functional specs and high-quality UI mockups.
• Solid experience working closely with technical development teams and Lead Developers.
• Experience in market research technology, video streaming tools, or AI-driven SaaS interfaces is a major asset.

Technical Skills

• UX/UI Mastery: Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma .
• Product Engineering: Strong ability to write clean user stories, technical specs, and acceptance criteria , with a good understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS, JS).
• Languages: French and fluent English is required to collaborate effectively in our international environment.
