Role Description

The Digital and Industrial Systems Directorate (DSI) of the RATP is seeking a Product Owner ServiceNow and Reference within the unit of the Digital Factory. The role involves carrying the strategic vision of evolution of the ITSM & Reference products, piloting the backlog of its products, and defining and animating the service offers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in the digital field
• ITIL V4 certification
• ServiceNow certification (CSA, CSA, CTA or CIS)
• Experience as a Product Owner IT
• Skills in ITSM for incident, request, problem, change management
• Skills in HAM for asset management
• Skills in FSM for site intervention management
• Skills in CSM for customer service management
• Skills in Squash TM, TestLink for application management
• Skills in Jira for product backlog management
• Skills in Enterprise reference and data modeling (CMDB)
• Public and hybrid cloud experience
• Agile methods knowledge
• Lean management knowledge
• Project and budget management leadership
• Excellent communication and writing capacity
• Sense of collaboration and team leadership
• Ability to prioritize and arbitrate
• Master of agile project management tools
