Context: Within the IT Department, the Communication & User Experience team plays a central role: making IT more accessible, useful, and empowering for all employees. In this context, we are looking for a Product Owner specializing in Quality & Continuous Improvement who combines expertise in Data Analysis, product management, and results-oriented cross-functional leadership. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Product Owner Role – Quality & Continuous Improvement Squad
  • Champion the Quality & User Experience product vision, aligned with business and IT objectives. Build, maintain, and prioritize the continuous improvement backlog (user pain points, service quality, process performance). Lead the Quality & Continuous Improvement Squad: o Agile rituals (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives), o Coordination of contributors (IT, business, support, engineering). Prioritize based on user value, quality impact, and team capabilities. Ensure the delivery of improvements and measure their effectiveness. 2. Quality Management & Continuous Improvement Define, challenge, and evolve quality and user satisfaction KPIs. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methods such as Lean Management. Identify weak signals and underlying issues from user data and feedback. Present progress, analyses, and action plans to steering committees. 3. Data Analysis and Weak Signal Detection Leverage reporting tools (Service
Now, Power BI, etc.) to: o analyze data by incident type, o segment users (personas), o identify areas for improvement and analysis.
  • Use Data Visualization principles to communicate clear, readable, and decision-oriented results. Your Profile & Skills: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. You have a good understanding of Agile and Lean principles. Knowledge of reporting and Data Visualization tools . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Ability to lead working groups and leverage teamwork. An asset: ITIL knowledge (particularly knowledge management/support). The role requires occasional travel to different sites.
