YOUR MISSION
As our Product Owner, you will be the bridge between our engineering team and the business. You will own the product vision at a feature level, make technically-informed decisions, and ensure that what gets built is both valuable and technically sound. You are not just a backlog manager — you understand how software is built, and you use that knowledge to challenge, improve, and accelerate delivery.
You'll be working as a product owner. So, you will:
- Feature Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine features aligned with our product roadmap — with a clear understanding of their technical implications and trade-offs.
- Estimation Challenging: Critically review effort estimations provided by the dev team — ask the right questions, identify over-engineering or under-scoping, and ensure estimates are grounded in reality.
- User Story Creation: Write clear, actionable user stories that reflect real customer needs and business goals.
- Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Test developed tickets to guarantee product quality and a seamless user experience and work closely with QA team .
- Documentation Ownership: Write and maintain high-quality technical specifications, functional documentation, and API-level use cases. Review and challenge documentation produced by engineers to ensure clarity, completeness, and accuracy.
- User-Centric Workshops: Lead some workshops to gather insights, validate hypotheses, and align teams on user and customer needs.
- Agile Methodology: Champion our agile processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
