Product Owner – Lille, France
We are looking for a Product Owner to join an on-site team in Lille and contribute to the development of software solutions supporting supply chain and logistics operations. You will work at the intersection of users, business stakeholders, and technical teams. Your focus will be turning complex operational needs into clear, actionable product requirements that development teams can deliver effectively. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lille, France.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business needs from clients and internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives.
- Act as a bridge between users, stakeholders, and technical teams to maintain clear communication and shared understanding.
- Contribute to backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning.
- Validate delivered features through testing, user feedback, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead and coordinate a squad including developers and QA professionals.
- Degree in management, supply chain, software engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Experience with or strong knowledge of WMS, WES, or other supply chain software.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and processes.
- Strong ability to translate business processes into functional and technical requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
