You are joining the Transformation & Innovation team of the Natixis General Secretariat as a Product Owner.
You are responsible for the definition, steering and delivery of digital solutions supporting Natixis' legal activities, from the expression of business needs to production and user adoption. You act as interface between the legal teams and the technical teams , ensuring that solutions are appropriate to the legal, regulatory and operational requirements.
- Collect, analyze, and formalize the needs of legal teams
- Identify AI use cases that have value for the business
- Translate these needs into user stories or expressions of need, prioritized use cases and functional requirements
- Build and maintain the product backlog , by arbitrating between business value, legal risks, and technical constraints
- Manage budget expenditure on an application portfolio
- Establish the roadmap produces and manage deliveries
- Ensure compliance of solutions with regulatory requirements (traceability, auditability, data retention) and the Group’s requirements
- Support users in adopting solutions (communication, training, support)
- Measure the use and effectiveness of deployed tools

Required Skills and Experience
With a higher education in law, engineering, information systems, or project management, you have at least 5 years of experience as a product owner, IT project manager, or transformation manager, ideally in a regulatory environment.
You have a good understanding of legal issues and the functioning of a Legal Department.
- Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
- The formalization of complex needs and their translation into prioritized functional requirements
- Product management tools (backlog, roadmap, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent)
- Good communicator and pedagogue; autonomous, rigorous, results-oriented
- Proficient in English at a C1 level
