Air Liquide Healthcare launched its ‘TechCARE’ transformation program 5 years ago. The program aims to increase operational efficiency and launch new, innovative home healthcare offerings by leveraging a global Salesforce platform. This "core model" provides a unified, optimized, patient‑centric journey across our operations.
Our platform is a comprehensive ecosystem that includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Field Service Management, and Integration Cloud.
Position Summary
CX Facade is an ecosystem of APIs or Connectors, which represent a set of field mappings and transformation rules for specific data meant to be exported or imported. These connectors allow data exchanges following the Healthcare‑related global standard “FHIR” (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) to ensure data interoperability and seamless integration across heterogeneous platforms. It is the backbone of data integration between the Salesforce platform and all the other applications of the IT landscape (ERP, MDM, Portals, etc.), through an Integration Platform that uses Google Apigee.
In this context, the Product Owner (PO) Integration Façade is responsible for the full integrations “discovery‑delivery” cycle, but is also responsible for defining a vision and goals for the CX Façade as a product used in a portfolio of IT projects, for the development of a “core” solution or for countries.
Key Responsibilities (What we offer)
- Communicating with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for data integrations, and translating those into technical requirements for the development team
- Defining rules for logical data mappings logical (data structure) and physical data mappings (actual data paths and formats) through thorough and careful analysis of data models on both ends together with the integration teams at stake, ensuring data is properly transformed to the expected FHIR format and standards before it is sent out
- Working closely with the development team to specify, design and implement the related integration connectors against an integration pattern that meets the needs of the business stakeholders
- Participating in connector development testing and troubleshooting, including in an end‑to‑end functional context
- Continuously monitoring the performance and security of the integration overall technology and making recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
- Continuously maintaining an internal detailed catalog of standard “Core” connectors, from a technical and scope perspectives within the scope of an “API as a product” approach, that also serves as a convergence tool to limit the API proliferation
- Collecting and analyzing comments and data from the users to perform evolutive and adaptive maintenance to optimize the CX Façade as needed, in compliance with Air Liquide and Salesforce security and performance standards
- Managing and communicating a CX Façade product roadmap with related needs in resources and budget.
Qualifications & Experience (What we expect from you)
- Higher‑Education Degree (Master 2)
- Strong proficiency in API integration with practical experience in integrating Salesforce with ERPs (SAP, Microsoft D365, Infor …)
- Strong experience in Salesforce integrations patterns and data transformation and formats (JSON knowledge mandatory)
- Good understanding of project management methodologies
- Good understanding of Agile approach and metrics
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills, this position being in the center of critical IT development activities in a highly‑regulated industry

The position can be based in Bagneux (France) or in Paterna (Spain).
This is a permanent contract.
